The quarterback battle was one-sided, as the Buccaneers dominated the Giants in their first game without Daniel Jones following his release earlier this week.
DeVito made his first start and saw his first action for the Giants this season, completing 21-of-31 passes for 189 yards.
Mayfield completed 24-of-30 passes for 294 yards and one rushing touchdown.
