CeeDee Lamb, Mike Evans, NFL Injury Statuses and Fantasy Impact for Week 12

Two of the NFL's best wide receivers will be on the field in Week 12.

CeeDee Lamb has been cleared to play for the Dallas Cowboys after dealing with back and foot injuries this week.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers received good news this week with the return of Mike Evans as they try to mount one final push at a playoff spot in the NFC.

Lamb and Evans will be needed by fantasy football players in Week 12 because JaMarr Chase, Drake London and Davante Adams are among the players on byes.

CeeDee Lamb Will Play Sunday

CeeDee Lamb will be on the field for the Cowboys' Week 12 matchup with the Washington Commanders.

There had been concern during the week about Lamb's status because of back and foot issues that had him on the injury report.

Lamb's fantasy football status did not take a big hit with Cooper Rush replacing Dak Prescott at quarterback for the Cowboys.

Lamb only had 21 receiving yards two weeks ago, but he still had six receptions on 10 targets. The yardage production improved in Week 11, as he had 93 yards on eight receptions. He was targeted on 12 occasions by Rush.

Dallas' star receiver should have a massive work load in store for him on Sunday since tight end Jake Ferguson is out with a concussion.

Lamb should easily earn a double-digit amount of targets against a Washington defense has allowed 12 touchdowns to opposing wide receivers.

Washington should place plenty of attention on Lamb, but that hasn't stopped him from putting up his usual reception totals in the last two weeks.

Mike Evans Set To Return

The Buccaneers will get a boost on Sunday with Mike Evans' return.

Bucs head coach Todd Bowles outlined what Evans' role could look like against the New York Giants, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Evans and the Bucs do have a favorable matchup against a Giants team that is more focused on losing as many games as possible now that Daniel Jones has been released.

The Giants have allowed over 200 passing yards on six occasions this season and all but two of their opponents have put at least 20 points.

That is a tremendous sign for the potential of the Bucs passing offense, even if Evans is not at 100 percent.

Before he got hurt, Evans recorded six touchdowns and 335 receiving yards. He will be a focal point of the Bucs offense and will be a huge factor for fantasy football rosters moving forward.
