Cowboys Rumors: Micah Parsons Will Return from Ankle Injury vs. Eagles in NFL Week 10

Taylyn HadleyNov 9, 2024

Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons is set to return to the lineup on Sunday following a four-game absence due to a high left ankle sprain, according to ESPN's Todd Archer.

Parsons completed Saturday's practice without any issues, per Archer.

He will rejoin the 3-5 Cowboys for their Week 10 home matchup against the red-hot Philadelphia Eagles.

News of Parsons' return comes shortly after ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that quarterback Dak Prescott is planning to undergo season-ending surgery to repair a partially torn hamstring, pending one final specialist's opinion.

Parsons' comeback will be a major boost to the Cowboys' defense in Prescott's absence.

The linebacker was injured in Week 4 during a 20-15 victory over the New York Giants, where he recorded two tackles, including one for a loss.

This season, Parsons has recorded 14 tackles and one sack in four games for the Cowboys.

Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday.
