Week 10 Fantasy Football Rankings: Updated Overview for All Positions

Zach BuckleyNov 5, 2024

The NFL might still be winding its way through the 2024 season, but the stretch run is here for fantasy football managers.

Most managers have maybe a handful of weeks left to either snag a playoff spot or elevate their postseason speed. Not to up the pressure here, but you really need to nail your roster decisions from here going forward.

We'll do our best to get you started on the right foot with Week 10 rankings and snapshots of the four skill positions.

Quarterback

1 of 4
Josh Allen
Josh Allen

Top 10

1. Jalen Hurts, PHI (at DAL)

2. Josh Allen, BUF (at IND)

3. Lamar Jackson, BAL (vs. CIN)

4. Jayden Daniels, WAS (vs. PIT)

5. Joe Burrow, CIN (at BAL)

6. Brock Purdy, SF (at TB)

7. Sam Darnold, MIN (at JAX)

8. Matthew Stafford, LAR (vs. MIA)

9. Kirk Cousins, ATL (at NO)

10. Baker Mayfield, TB (vs. SF)

Who's hot: Josh Allen

Allen had a couple of clunkers earlier this season, but he's been on a tear of late. Even more encouraging, he's heating up due to his passing, which is really exciting when everyone understands the impact he can make as a rusher. Over his last four games, he's averaging 264 passing yards with nine passing touchdowns against two interceptions.

Who's not: Kyler Murray

Despite taking advantage of a favorable matchup with Miami last week, Murray has been quiet more often than not. If he doesn't manage to salvage his day with a big scoring run, it can be pretty dicey. He has thrown for fewer than 200 yards in five of his last six games and has only connected on multiple touchdown throws twice all season.

Running Back

Derrick Henry
Derrick Henry

Top 10

1. Saquon Barkley, PHI (at DAL)

2. Kyren Williams, LAR (vs. MIA)

3. Derrick Henry, BAL (vs. CIN)

4. Joe Mixon, HOU (vs. DET)

5. Bijan Robinson, ATL (at NO)

6. De'Von Achane, MIA (at LAR)

7. Jonathan Taylor, IND (vs. BUF)

8. Breece Hall, NYJ (at ARI)

9. Alvin Kamara, NO (vs. ATL)

10. Jahmyr Gibbs, DET (at HOU)

Who's hot: Derrick Henry

Henry's first go-round with the Ravens has been incredible. The only question each week seems to be whether he'll be all-caps AWESOME or just really freakin' good. It's been the latter a lot lately, as he has rushed for triple-digit yards in three of his last four games and has six touchdowns (five rushing, one receiving) over this stretch.

Who's not: Breece Hall

Hall played five games in the month of October. He finished three of them—including each of the last two—with double-digit scrimmage yards. He also scored just a single touchdown. Hopefully, these spooky stats are behind him now that Halloween is over.

Wide Receiver

3 of 4
DeVonta Smith
DeVonta Smith

Top 10

1. Justin Jefferson, MIN (at JAX)

2. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN (at BAL)

3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET (at HOU)

4. Garrett Wilson, NYJ (at ARI)

5. Malik Nabers, NYG (at CAR)

6. Cooper Kupp, LAR (vs. MIA)

7. Tyreek Hill, MIA (at LAR)

8. A.J. Brown, PHI (at DAL)

9. Puka Nacua, LAR (vs. MIA)

10. DeVonta Smith, PHI (at DAL)

Who's hot: DeVonta Smith

Smith isn't immune to the occasional dud—he had one reception for minus-two yards in Week 7—but he is more reliable (and talented) than just about any No. 2 receiver you'll find. His last two outings yielded 10 receptions on 13 targets for 172 yards. He also scored a touchdown in each, giving him a scoring grab in three of his last four tilts.

Who's not: Malik Nabers

Nabers hasn't hit the rookie wall or anything, but he might be encountering the very limitations of this passing game. After posting three touchdown catches over his first three career contests, he hasn't found the end zone in his four outings since. He also hasn't had better than 71 receiving yards in any of his last three games.

Tight End

4 of 4
Cade Otton
Cade Otton

Top 10

1. George Kittle, SF (at TB)

2. Travis Kelce, KC (vs. DEN)

3. Cade Otton, TB (vs. SF)

4. Trey McBride, ARI (vs. NYJ)

5. Taysom Hill, NO (vs. ATL)

6. Mark Andrews, BAL (vs. CIN)

7. Evan Engram, JAX (vs. MIN)

8. Kyle Pitts, ATL (at NO)

9. Dalton Kincaid, BUF (at IND)

10. Sam LaPorta, DET (at HOU)

Who's hot: Cade Otton

Otton might be making a league-winner type of turn for anyone who may have found him on the waiver wire earlier this season. Between Baker Mayfield's willingness to let it fly, and the injury issues with Tampa's top pass-catchers, Otton is finding the kind of volume almost no one ever does at this position. He has seen 31 targets over the past three games and turned them into 25 receptions for 258 yards and three touchdowns.

Who's not: Sam LaPorta

A ton of good things are happening in Detroit, but LaPorta following his rookie rise to fantasy stardom with another step forward isn't one of them. The Lions are running opponents into the ground, so they have little incentive to force the pass. That has done a number on LaPorta's usage and production. He has just 300 yards and two touchdown catches on the season, and he's had five different games (including three of his last four) with two or fewer receptions.
