College Football Betting Odds Week 10: Picks Against the Spread for Top 25 Schedule
Several ranked teams will be in action this weekend, but no game on the college football slate is as highly anticipated as the clash between No. 4 Ohio State and No. 3 Penn State.
That game between Big Ten rivals will have major implications not only for the Big Ten title race, but also for the College Football Playoff.
The only other game featuring Associated Press Top 25 teams going up against each other will see No. 18 Pittsburgh and No. 20 SMU on Saturday night in a battle between teams that are undefeated in ACC play.
Other highly ranked teams in action include No. 1 Oregon going on the road to face Michigan, No. 2 Georgia hosting Florida and No. 5 Miami inviting Duke.
Here is a full rundown of picks against the spread for every Top 25 matchup in college football this weekend, along with a closer look at Ohio State vs. Penn State.

Two of the top-five teams in the nation will meet Saturday in Happy Valley when the undefeated No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions welcome the one-loss No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes to Beaver Stadium.
While the Buckeyes should be fully equipped with most of their top weapons on offense, including quarterback Will Howard, running backs Quinshon Judkins and TreVeyon Henderson and wide receivers Jeremiah Smith and Emeka Egbuka, things are more up in the air for the Nittany Lions.
Most notably, starting quarterback Drew Allar's status is very much up in the air after he had to leave last week's win over Wisconsin due to a knee injury.
Allar was spotted at practice on Wednesday, which is undoubtedly a good sign for his availability, but head coach James Franklin hasn't given any concrete updates on whether he will be able to play.
Even if Allar does start, having a knee at less than 100 percent could severely compromise him against OSU's front four, led by J.T. Tuimoloau and his four sacks.
Saturday's game could be a defensive struggle since Ohio State ranks fourth in the nation in scoring defense and Penn State ranks eighth, although the Buckeyes' offense has been quite a bit better, averaging 40.3 points per game to Penn State's 33.3.
Ohio State is on a seven-game winning streak against Penn State, and even though this may be the Nittany Lions' best team in quite some time, the Buckeyes' recent history of success and health on offense will put them over the top.
