Penn State Football: Tom Bradley's Status at Penn State in Limbo
Yesterday, news broke across the nation that Penn State had found their future head coach in New England Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien.
Throughout the day today, more information slowly leaked out, including reports that Tom Bradley had officially been relieved of duty at Penn State.
Bradley has been the defensive coordinator at Penn State since 2000, so the news hurt many of the Nittany Lion faithful.
Good news Penn Staters, the initial report may not have been accurate.
PSU Football's Twitter has tweeted the following:
"Bradley telling reporters that ESPN's report on his status is inaccurate.
"
The confusion may be about whether or not Bradley is completely done with the university.
It appears at this time that he has officially been relieved of his duty as interim head coach. However, it's possible that he is still a part of the coaching staff as defensive coordinator.
Right now, his status is in limbo.
It's unclear exactly what is going on in Penn State. There have even been reports that the signing of Bill O'Brien is not yet official either.
Things are chaos up in Happy Valley at the moment.
It's still unclear what the future holds, and it may take a couple days before we really start to get any confirmed answers concerning the current situation.
