LeBron James Says Bronny Wants to Be Playable Character in 'Call of Duty' Video Game

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James says his son, Lakers rookie Bronny James, wants his own operator skin in the Activision video game Call of Duty.

"Talk to me," James wrote to the video game company Saturday on X.

Phoenix Suns stars Devin Booker and Kevin Durant have previously been made playable characters in the video game.

The latest edition of the game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, is set to launch on Friday, Oct. 25.

Bronny James previously claimed first place in a Call of Duty Modern Warfare III tournament during Summer League play in Las Vegas.

The Lakers rookie edged out Charlotte Hornets forward Grant Williams by collecting 84 total points/

His prizes included $10,000, a Call of Duty-themed championship belt and an "exclusive preview" of Black Ops 6, per Arash Markazi of the Sporting Tribune.

Bronny James also competed with popular streamers including Sketch and XQV during a $25,000 Call of Duty tournament in May.

The Lakers drafted Bronny James with the No. 55 pick of the 2024 draft. He and LeBron James made NBA history on Sunday when they took the court against the Phoenix Suns as the first father-son duo to play together in the league.

Now it looks like Bronny is looking to make more history as the first NBA rookie to be given his own Call of Duty skin.
