The San Francisco 49ers appear to be back.

The team entered Week 4 with a 1-2 record and desperately needed a win over the New England Patriots. In front of the home crowd at Levi's Stadium, they did just that and secured a convincing 30-13 victory.

The 49ers produced 431 total yards and the defense limited New England to just 216 yards. They also forced three turnovers, including a pick-six from linebacker Fred Warner, and sacked Patriots quarterback Jacoby Brissett six times.

Brock Purdy had a big day, going 15-of-27 for 288 yards with one touchdown and one interception. His touchdown was to George Kittle on a highlight-reel catch.

Purdy also had multiple touchdowns called back due to penalties and flashed his arm strength a few times.

Fans took to praise Purdy, Kittle and the 49ers for getting back on track.

The 49ers are back to .500 and also should see improved health going forward.

Warner and Kittle did suffer injuries in the game but Deebo Samuel should be in even better condition for Week 5 and Christian McCaffrey will eventually return to the lineup and make the offense even more intimidating.

While the Patriots are just 1-3 now, San Francisco still showed the ability to convincingly beat an opponent and looked like the team that reached the Super Bowl last season.

The 49ers will look to keep up the momentum in Week 5 when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.
