South Carolina Gamecocks' Final Big Recruits to Announce at All-American Game

Four-star defensive backs Elijah Shumate and Jordan Diggs are set to make their college choices this Saturday at the U.S. Army All-American Game. Also picking is 4-star defensive end Tyriq McCord.

These players are three of South Carolina's last remaining big targets.  They have at one point favored the Gamecocks.  Shumate is going to pick between South Carolina, Notre Dame, and Rutgers.  Jordan Diggs is down to South Carolina, Tennessee, or Vanderbilt. Tyriq McCord has a final five of Miami, Georgia, Southern Cal, South Carolina, and TCU.

If South Carolina can get all three of these highly rated defenders, it would cap off a great recruiting season.

It would give the 9-10 four star guys (depending on the site you check) with Shaq Roland being a five star player on Scout.

However, my personal feeling is that Tyriq McCord is a long shot. It wouldn't shock me to see Shumate and Diggs come down to South Carolina as a package deal.

All three would be an absolute steal.

I can't wait for national signing day to see this amazing class take shape.
