
Dirk, Luka, Jokić, Steve Nash Among NBA Stars to Play in Goran Dragić Retirement Game
Goran Dragić will be surrounded by several former peers and opponents during his farewell game on Saturday in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The 15-year NBA veteran will be joined by Dirk Nowitzki, Luka Dončić, Nikola Jokić, Steve Nash, and others during the event (via BasketNews.com). Hall of Fame forward Chris Bosh will also attend, but he won't be participating in any on-court activities.
Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler was initially included on the list of attendees for the event although he won't be making an appearance due to scheduling conflicts, per BasketNews.com.

The farewell game is set to feature two teams that will be drafted during a charity dinner on Friday.
Dragić appeared with the Chicago Bulls and Milwaukee Bucks during the 2022-23 season before his retirement was announced in Dec. 2023.
He was named an All-Star as a member of the Miami Heat in 2018 and previously won the Most Improved Player award with the Phoenix Suns following his 2014 campaign. Dragić also spent time with the Houston Rockets, Brooklyn Nets, and Toronto Raptors.
He averaged 13.3 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game since he entered the NBA as a second-round pick in 2008. Dragić finished his career shooting 45.9 percent from the field and 36.2 percent from behind the arc.
