Star quarterback Aaron Rodgers didn't play in the New York Jets' preseason win over the Washington Commanders on Saturday afternoon, but he still got to test his arm out later that night.
Per Mark Suleymanov of the New York Post, Rodgers made a surprise appearance at the end of a live episode of the Kill Tony podcast at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night and threw several footballs into the crowd.
A video posted on social media showed the four-time NFL MVP launching a pass that had the comedians on stage watching in awe.
Rodgers was part of a star-studded show that included comedians Joe Rogan, Shane Gillis, Joey Diaz, Jeff Ross and Andrew Dice Clay, among others.
It's not yet clear if Rodgers will get a chance to play during the preseason, but it seems like the 40-year-old is enjoying himself as he gears up for the 2024 campaign.
