Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Zombies Gameplay Trailer and Features Drops
Ahead of the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, publisher Activision released the gameplay trailer for the popular Zombies Mode.
Zombies Mode, which was first introduced in Call of Duty: World at War in 2008, has become one of the most highly anticipated aspects of one of the most successful video game franchises of all time.
As explained in the Call of Duty blog, Zombies Mode in Black Ops 6 will feature two maps in the form of Terminus in the Philippine Sea and Liberty Falls in West Virginia.
One to four players can compete as squads in the round-based mode, which also features a new guided mode meant to draw in more players.
GobbleGums, deep weapon customization, global progression and mode-specific systems are among the returning Zombies Mode features, but there are several new additions as well.
For the first time ever in Zombies Mode, gamers can play in third-person perspective and toggle HUD elements in settings, plus omnimovement has been added to all Black Ops 6 game modes, allowing players to sprint, slide and dive in any direction.
Zombies Mode also includes new enemies such as vermin and parasites.
Those who pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will unlock the Reflect 115 Camo Pack, which can then be used immediately in Modern Warfare III Warzone and Warzone Mobile.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will officially release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Oct. 25.
