NFL Wild Card Predictions 2012: Roddy White & Others Who Will Star in Victories
If the oddsmakers are right, it's going to be an exciting weekend of playoff football with just one game projected to be a blowout. The postseason is time for superstars to take their game to the next level, just like the following three players will do during Wild Card Weekend.
Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan has a talented group of weapons to utilize and White is the most dangerous of them all. It's an offense that has really begun to find its stride over the past month and will pose all kinds of problems for a depleted New York Giants secondary.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The presence of Julio Jones and Tony Gonzalez ensures that teams can't focus too much attention on White without the risk of getting burned. Any time he has a one-on-one matchup on the outside, you can bet Ryan will be throwing it his way.
Prediction: Seven catches for 93 yards and a TD
Darren Sproles, New Orleans Saints
Sproles' first season with the Saints after arriving from the San Diego Chargers was more productive than most people anticipated. The do-it-all running back led the team in rushing, was third in receiving and also played a major role on special teams.
Look for Drew Brees to get Sproles the ball out in space as much as possible in the early going with hopes that he busts off a big play. What the diminutive back lacks in size, he more than makes up for in agility, which should bode well against a shaky Detroit Lions defense.
Prediction: 130 all-purpose yards and two TDs
Mike Wallace, Pittsburgh Steelers
Wallace is one of the league's premier deep threats and the pressure will be on his shoulders to make big plays on Sunday with Rashard Mendenhall sidelined. Like White, Wallace benefits from a deep receiving corps that includes Antonio Brown and Hines Ward among others.
The Denver Broncos defense, which is a major reason they were able to make a playoff charge, has struggled mightily since their pass-rush went silent. Look for Ben Roethlisberger, Wallace and Co. to take full advantage en route to a big win.
Prediction: Six catches for 104 yards and a TD
