The first-ever offseason version of Hard Knocks wrapped up on Tuesday, and it showcased the New York Giants wrapping up their 2024 draft and entering their offseason activities.

The Giants led their draft with LSU star wideout Malik Nabers at No. 6 overall, but the Hard Knocks cameras revealed that the Indianapolis Colts offered their No. 15 and No. 46 in this year's draft and a 2025 second-round pick to move up to No. 6.

However, Giants general manager Joe Schoen turned it down. The New York Jets also tried to move up from No. 10 to No. 6. A few fans were happy the Giants didn't take the Colts' offer.

The Giants clearly loved Nabers, though, as was evidenced in last week's episode too.

Elsewhere in the draft, it was clear the Giants were looking for a cornerback with their second-round pick, namely Georgia's Kamari Lassiter or Alabama's Kool Aid McKinstry. Both got picked beforehand, but the Giants got another player they liked in Minnesota safety Tyler Nubin.

One player the Giants targeted and got was Penn State tight end Theo Johnson, a prospect who went in the fourth round and could very well be TE1 for Big Blue.

The series ended with a zoom-out of Schoen watching an offseason practice from up above the second floor of Giants headquarters as Daboll's voice took over with Ace Frehley's "New York Groove" playing in the background. It was a cool end to a candid and revealing look into the Giants, and fans gave it good reviews.

The Giants' regular season begins on Sunday, Sept. 8 with a 1 p.m. ET home game against the Minnesota Vikings.
