Rodgers appears to have had a change of heart regarding his former residence. The New York Post's Mary K. Jacob reported in December he "has no immediate plans to offload his long-time Wisconsin property."
The Jets signal-caller bought the 10,500-square-foot home in Oneida, Wisconsin, for $1.74 million in 2015. Given the general trends in real estate, he stands to earn a healthy profit whenever a sale does happen.
Love certainly has a lot of money burning a hole in his pocket. Of the total payout coming his way, $160.3 million is guaranteed.
Weep not for Rodgers, though. An athlete who has already made $342.5 million in his career can afford to have his house continue to linger on the market for a while.
