Beyoncé Stars in Team USA Hype Video for 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris

The United States called in Beyoncé to help hype up the start of the 2024 Olympics.

Beyoncé stars in an Olympic-themed hype video of her song "Ya Ya" with members of the American delegation that was released after the opening ceremonies on Friday.

The remixed version of the song includes Beyoncé shouting out several U.S. stars who will be featured over the next two weeks, including Noah Lyles, Sha'Carri Richardson, Caeleb Dressel, Katie Ledecky and Simone Biles.

Beyoncé is among several music stars who have offered their services to the Olympics so far. Lady Gaga, Celine Dion and French heavy metal band Gojira were among the musical acts that performed during the Opening Ceremonies on Friday.

The Grammy-winning superstar has made her presence felt at previous Olympics, even if she wasn't directly involved like she is this year.

Brazilian gymnast Rebecca Andrade used Beyoncé's song "Freedom" for her floor routine during the qualifying round at the 2016 Games.

"Ya Ya" appeared on Beyoncé's 2024 album Cowboy Carter. The concept album dropped in March and broke multiple streaming records as soon as it became available.
