Video: Josh Berry to Race in Caitlin Clark-Themed Car in NASCAR at Indianapolis

Traveling isn't something Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark typically wants to do, but in this instance it's in her interest to travel — and at very high speeds no less.

Stewart-Haas Racing unveiled the wrap for Josh Berry's No. 4 car in the Brickyard 400, which features Clark prominently on the hood:

Panini America, which is sponsoring the car, shared a video showing the work that went into giving the car its current look:

Clark signed an endorsement contract with Panini in March while still playing collegiately at Iowa. The company this month unveiled its "Caitlin Clark Collection," a trading card set that commemorates her legendary career with the Hawkeyes.

Beyond its connection to the 2024 WNBA All-Star, Panini is NASCAR's official trading card supplier.

"We are proud to be partnering with Josh Berry and Stewart-Haas Racing, starting at the Brickyard 400," said Jason Howarth, Panini America's senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations. "Panini America and NASCAR have had a long and successful relationship, and this is another great example of that. Josh has been exciting to watch this season and we look forward to some great finishes in the second half of the season."

Berry is driving his first full season in the NASCAR Cup Series. He's 21st in the series standings with 386 points and has two top-five finishes and four top-10s in 21 races.

Unfortunately for Clark, she'll probably be unable to see the No. 4 car in person at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The Brickyard 400 gets underway Sunday, only one day after Clark will represent Team WNBA in the All-Star Game.
