Report: 49ers Star Nick Bosa's Condo on Sale for $1.75M; Mom Cheryl is Listing Agent
If you ever wanted to live like an NFL All-Pro, this is your chance.
San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa put his condo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on the market for $1.75 million, according to TMZ Sports. His mother, Cheryl Bosa, is a licensed realtor in the area and handling the sale.
The 26-year-old bought the unit in July 2019, months after the Niners selected him second overall in the 2019 draft. He's a native of Fort Lauderdale and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School before enrolling at Ohio State.

TMZ Sports reported the condo has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths along with a balcony and a pool. The property has access to a private beach as well.
It appears Bosa is ready to make good on something he said after penning his five-year, $170 million extension with the 49ers last fall. He said a house in the Bay Area was near the top of the list of what he'd spend his big windfall on.
The four-time All-Pro wasn't exactly hurting for cash, but selling his condo will only add to his housing fund.
