Bill O'Brien to Penn State: Twitter Reacts to Reports of Possible PSU Hire
Update: Jan 6. at 9:31 a.m. ET
By now, most everyone has heard the Nittany Lions plan to introduce Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien as Joe Paterno's replacement.
This caused an outburst by many on Twitter, and former Penn State player LaVar Arrington went off this morning, sharing his feelings in a series of tweets.
It started with this one.
Arrington followed it by bashing school officials.
Arrington finished by stating he's done with Penn State.
It's been a rough time for all those who attend and have attended Penn State, especially for the guys who used to play for Joe Paterno and Jerry Sandusky.
Arrington is sure to get a lot of heat for his comments.

At long last, Penn State has found someone willing to clean up the mess left behind in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal and lead the Nittany Lions into an uncertain future.
As first reported by ESPN NFL insider Chris Mortensen, Penn State has hired New England Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien to be that guy:
Mort also had plenty of good things to say about O'Brien, who, to this point, is best known as the guy who got in a shouting match on the sideline with Tom Brady this season:
O'Brien is expected to remain with the Pats through the playoffs, though, as Adam Schefter points out, that commitment isn't expected to keep him from his all-important recruiting duties in Happy Valley:
Of course, not everyone is exactly thrilled with the O'Brien hire, with plenty of questions yet to be addressed:
Even "John Madden" was left wondering where O'Brien came from:
That's not to say there weren't plenty of folks who approved of the O'Brien hire via Twitter:
As for the Pats, O'Brien's departure may yet open the door for the return of a familiar face to Bill Belichick's side:
