Video: Bronny James Chooses Ferris Bueller If He Could Be Any Movie Character
Bronny James' father wasn't even 2 years old when Ferris Bueller's Day Off was released in theaters.
That hasn't stopped the iconic comedy from becoming one of James' favorites.
The USC guard told ESPN he would choose to portray Ferris Bueller if he had his choice of any movie character.
"I just. love the movie. I just feel like it's a movie I've watched so much, and it would be entertaining to be Ferris," James said.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off is one of the most iconic comedies of the 1980s, featuring Matthew Broderick playing the titular character.
It would make some sense that Bronny James, who has spent his life in the spotlight, might benefit from a day of fun and relaxation with friends. Still, it's a little notable that he chose a blast from the past rather than the dozens of iconic comedies that have been released during his lifetime.
