Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard has proven to be the master of the halfcourt buzzer-beater, as he drilled another one in Monday's Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Dallas Mavericks to give the Celtics a 21-point lead entering halftime.

Pritchard, who is known for his speed, raced down the floor with just three seconds left on the clock, pulled up behind the halfcourt line and launched a high-arcing shot that swished through the net and sent the Boston crowd into a frenzy:

Pritchard's shot earned the respect of multiple athletes who took to social media and expressed their astonishment at his incredible shot:

This is the second time that Pritchard has made a halfcourt buzzer-beater to end a quarter in the NBA Finals. He did the same at the end of the third quarter in Boston's Game 2 victory.

If the Celtics are able to win their 18th NBA championship in franchise history, Pritchard's buzzer-beaters will be among the most memorable moments of their run to the title.
