The trials will be held in Indianapolis from June 15 to 23. This marks the first time the event has been held on a football field, according to USA Swimming.

The video shared by the Colts appears to show the 10-lane, 50-meter pool where the main competitions will take place, per the Indy Star.

Not shown in the video are the 25-meter and one 50-meter warmup pools which will be separated from the main competition with a curtain, per the Indy Star and The Athletic's Nicole Auerbach.

The structure was build over a three-week period that involved installing an above-ground pool and building a deck around it. The deck will take over the space usually used for the first 10 rows of stadium seating, contractors involved in the building told Auerbach.

Indianapolis has hosted previous Olympic swim trials in 1992, 1996 and 2000, but those events held no more than 5,000 fans, Tim Casey reported for Forbes.

The upcoming trials could more than quadruple that attendance as USA Swimming expects the Indianapolis event to break the all-time record for viewership at a swim meet.

The organization expects more than 20,000 viewers to arrive at Lucas Oil Stadium for the opening of competition on June 15, per Casey. That would beat out the 2016 Olympics in Rio as the sport's best-attended meet.
