The Houston Texans will look a little different this year, and their new star duo showed off the team's new gear on Monday.

Second-year quarterback C.J. Stroud and star receiver Stefon Diggs, who was acquired this offseason in a trade with the Buffalo Bills, were featured in social media photos and videos that gave fans a look at the Texans' new uniforms:

Diggs, who wore No. 14 in Buffalo, will be wearing No. 1 with his new team:

Stroud looked pleased with the new uniforms as he danced his way into the photo shoot:

The Texans announced earlier this offseason that they will be introducing new uniforms this season for the first time since the franchise's inaugural season in 2002. The team will have four new looks in 2024: home, away, alternate and color rush. "

"Today, for the first time since 2000, we are so proud to reveal our new uniforms," Texans owner Cal McNair said at the time. "They are even more special because they are inspired by and for our fans. Our fans asked us to be more H-Town, and we delivered. They were with us every step of the way and there's truly something for everyone over the four uniforms."

The addition of Diggs and other impressive offseason moves have many believing that the Texans are contenders to represent the AFC in Super Bowl 59. Stroud, the reigning NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, will be looking to build off a stellar 2023 as he enters his sophomore season facing bigger expectations.
