Video: Sexyy Red to Host WWE NXT Battleground, Unveils Women's North American Title

Rapper Sexyy Red appeared on WWE NXT Tuesday alongside NXT general manager Ava, and two big announcements were made.

First, Sexyy Red will host NXT Battleground on Sunday, June 9 from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Second, the new NXT Women's North American Championship title belt was revealed.

Sexyy Red also fought off an enterprising Tatum Paxley, who sneakily tried to steal the belt. Sexyy Red fought her off before Michin came down to the ring.

Michin and Paxley then fought for a spot in a ladder match for the inaugural NXT Women's North American Championship, which will take place at NXT Battleground. Michin got the pin and the win, joining Sol Ruca, Lash Legend, Fallon Henley and Jaida Parker thus far.
