A handful of NFL rookies had the chance to meet with a pair of legends Sunday.
Fanatics founder and CEO Michael Rubin hosted a breakfast where seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady and 24-time Grammy Award-winning rapper Jay-Z met with a few first-year stars like Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye:

The experience was especially unique for Maye, as he is taking over as New England's franchise quarterback after the failed tenure of Mac Jones, who is now with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Patriots have struggled to find stability under center since Brady left in 2020, so Maye will have big shoes to fill when he becomes the team's starter.
Brady also posted photos from the event on Instagram, writing in the caption that he will "always cherish the opportunity to talk to these young men who are about to start a monumental chapter of their lives."
"I would never be in the place I am today without the incredible people and mentors that came into my life at the right time and at the right place," Brady continued. "There are too many to mention but I have been blessed in so many ways. I feel we should always use our experiences to help others and "pay it forward" to see the next generation grow as well. So they can live their dreams and maximize their potential."
Brady and Jay-Z have partnered with Rubin through multiple endeavors since Rubin launched Fanatics in 2011.
The experience of having breakfast with a pair of icons will likely be something the rookies will remember for quite some time.
