Player: Tristan Da Silva

Position: SF

Size: 6'6", 204 lbs

Pro Comparison: Wally Szczerbiak

Scouting Report: A polished forward entering the year, Tristan da Silva continued to stand out this season for his shooting fundamentals, skill level and IQ at both ends of the floor. It's easy to picture a plug-and-play forward based on his size, shotmaking versatility and comfort level play off the ball. The only questions revolve around his upside on the ball, and how much his limited explosiveness and physicality will affect him as a creator, finisher and rebounder.

Da Silva averaged 16.0 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists while shooting 39.5 percent from three-point range. After serving as a role player his first two seasons at Colorado, Da Silva blossomed into an All-Pac-12 selection as a junior and senior.

Viewed as a potential swing forward with solid three-point range, Da Silva projects as a role player at the next level. He's unlikely to ever blossom into a star, but this is not considered an elite class. Grabbing a player who can spend his career as a seventh or eighth man in the rotation will be considered a major win at No. 18 overall.

It's possible Da Silva winds up spending most of next season in the G League to develop, but at age 22 he's far enough along physically that he should be among the most instantly projectable players in this class.
