Tom Brady Celebrates Gisele Bündchen on IG on Mother's Day 1 Week After Netflix Roast

Tom Brady is celebrating the mothers in his life on Mother's Day.

"Happy Mothers Day to these kind, caring, compassionate and POWERFUL moms that I'm lucky to have in my life," the legendary quarterback wrote on his Instagram page on Sunday. "None of this would be possible without your love."

Notably, Brady included photographs of his own mother, Galynn, as well as the mother of his children, Gisele Bündchen and Bridget Moynahan.

The timing is noteworthy, as Bündchen in particular was the subject of a number of jokes during last Sunday's The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady on Netflix.

Charna Flam and Charlotte Triggs of People cited a source who said she was "deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening's roast show."

The source also said, "As always, [Bündchen's] priority is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted."

Comedian Nikki Glaser, who was one of the roasters, revealed there was an agreement in place to not joke about Brady's children during the special. What's more, comedian Andrew Schulz revealed Brady asked for the jokes to avoid New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

However, there didn't seem to be any agreement to avoid the topic of his marriage to Bündchen considering how often it was brought up during the special. Other topics the comedians joked about included Brady's cryptocurrency investments, the Spygate and deflated football scandals with the Patriots, and the quarterback losing the Super Bowl to Eli Manning multiple times.

It wasn't just the comedians who had fun at Brady's expense, as Bill Belichick, Kraft, Randy Moss, Julian Edelman, Drew Bledsoe, Rob Gronkowski and Peyton Manning all spoke as well.
