ESPN 2024 NBA Draft Big Board: Zach Edey, Donovan Clingan Rise Ahead of Final Four
It looks like a deep run in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball tournament has helped Zach Edey and Donovan Clingan's draft stock.
ESPN's Jonathan Givony and Jeremy Woo released their latest NBA Draft board, which consisted of their top 25 players entering the Final Four.
Clingan, fresh off some dominant performances for Connecticut, has risen to the No. 3 spot after previously being ranked ninth overall. Edey moved from 15th to 13th.
The two dominant centers could potentially be on a collision course in the National Championship game. Clingan has averaged 15.7 points for UConn across its run through the tournament and has averaged 12.9 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks for the Huskies this season.
Edey has averaged 30 points during Purdue's run to the Final Four and registered season averages of 25 points, 12.2 rebounds and 2.2 blocks. He is looking to help Purdue reach the national championship game for the first time since 1969 and to win it all for the first time in program history.
Zaccharie Risacher and Alex Sarr were the top two names on the latest big board, with Clingan, Kentucky's Rob Dillingham and Nikola Topic rounding out the top five.
