NFL Rumors: Former Cowboys WR Michael Gallup to Visit Ravens in 2024 Free Agency

The Baltimore Ravens may not be done adding to the offense this offseason.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver is set to visit with the Ravens Thursday.

The Ravens already added running back Derrick Henry via the open market, and adding Gallup could fill the hole left by Odell Beckham Jr, who still sits unsigned in free agency.

Gallup has 3,744 career receiving yards and 21 touchdowns in six seasons. He registered 34 catches for 418 yards and two touchdowns in 2023.

That production does not show everything Gallup has accomplished in the NFL, as he had 1,107 receiving yards in 2019 and has only started 67 of 86 games.

He could grasp a bigger role in the Ravens offense. Zay Flowers led the team in receiving yards with 858, while Beckham was next with 565. Gallup is just 28 years old and would add a younger presence to the position group. He also may come at a reasonable price given his lesser production in recent seasons after the emergence of CeeDee Lamb.

Baltimore went 13-4 in 2023 and earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC. It lost in the conference championship to the Kansas City Chiefs, who ultimately won the Super Bowl.

According to Over The Cap, the Ravens have $13.8 million in cap space. The franchise also holds the No. 30 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and the class is noted for being strong in receiver depth.
