Eagles Are Most-Bet NFL Team to Win 2025 Super Bowl After Saquon Barkley Contract

The Philadelphia Eagles added some explosiveness to their offense by signing star running back Saquon Barkley on Monday, and sports bettors took notice.

Barkley signed a three-year, $37.75 million deal with his longtime division rivals, ending his six-year run with the New York Giants. The deal includes $26 million in guarantees and can be worth as much as $46.75 million.

The 27-year-old rushed for 962 yards and six touchdowns on 247 carries while also adding 41 catches for 280 yards and four more scores in 14 games this past season. He should have no problems fitting in with a Philadelphia rushing offense that averaged 128.8 yards per game in 2023.

The Eagles are motivated to make their second Super Bowl appearance in the last three years, and signing Barkley is a move that will boost their chances to do so.
