B/R AM: Let The NFL Tampering Begin

Today is basically the NFL's version of the NBA's summer free agency free-for-all.

The legal tampering window starts at 12 PM ET.

• What it means: Reps of free agents can negotiate with teams and ultimately agree to, but not sign, deals

• What it means, shorter version: There will be a lot of reported deals today 

(Teams have been able to negotiate with rostered players all along, hence the Chris Jones and Baker Mayfield deals this weekend.)
