As is always the case with the WWE 2K video game franchise, gamers will have no shortage of options to choose from when it comes to deciding which Superstars and legends they want to play as.

In terms of the current roster, the likes of Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair are just a few of the playable characters.

Legends such as The Rock, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Lita, Trish Stratus and many others will be playable as well.

Celebrities-turned-wrestlers like Bad Bunny and Logan Paul are back in the WWE 2K series as well, and legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, who served as a referee at the inaugural WrestleMania, is making his WWE 2K debut.

Dusty Rhodes, Stardust and "Superstar" Billy Graham are included among the playable characters, but they are part of the Nightmare Family Pack, which is a bonus for those who preorder the game.

Some characters in the game are not playable, but can be used as managers, such as Paul Heyman, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Paul Bearer and Miss Elizabeth.

WWE 2K24's deluxe and Forty Years of WrestleMania editions will be available on March 5 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, and it will be followed by the standard and cross-gen editions on March 8.
