
NFL Moment of the Year 2023-24: Award Winner, Voting Results and Reaction
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb was given a high honor Thursday night at the NFL Honors, taking home the award for Moment of the Year.
In one of the most impressive plays of the season, quarterback Dak Prescott escaped pressure in his own endzone on 3rd-and-13 to find Lamb, who caught the ball around the 50-yard line before going untouched into the endzone for a 92-yard touchdown against the Detroit Lions in December.

The touchdown proved to be pivotal as the Cowboys hung on to beat the Lions 20-19.
The Prescott to Lamb connection was one fans got to enjoy all season. Prescott had 4,516 passing yards and a league-leading 36 touchdowns this season, and Lamb was his favorite target. Lamb picked up a league-best 135 receptions this year, collecting 1,749 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. In the win over the Lions, Lamb had 227 receiving yards and a touchdown.
The Cowboys taking home the award sparked a positive reaction from Dallas fans, who didn't have much else to celebrate on the night.
While Cowboys fans were happy to see their offensive duo take home the award, other fans thought the award should have been given to other plays.
Regardless, there's no denying Prescott's pass to Lamb was one of the most impressive plays of a highlight-filled NFL season.
