The Rock's Daughter Ava Gets Death Threats amid Cody Rhodes, WWE WrestleMania Rumors
NXT star Ava said she has received death threats as a result of her father, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, getting positioned for a main-event match against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL.

Fellow NXT star Dijak expressed a similar point on X, formerly known as Twitter:
A match between The Rock and Reigns has long been rumored, and the former dropped the biggest hint yet it could finally become real when he showed up at Raw Day 1. He told the crowd he was heading out to eat and asked whether he should "sit at the head of the table."
The Rock's next appearance at SmackDown generated a reaction WWE may not have been expecting. A number of fans were upset to see Cody Rhodes, the winner of the Royal Rumble, seemingly step aside so The Rock can battle Reigns at WrestleMania.
Rhodes' rallying cry to "finish the story" didn't start as a specific reference to Reigns. His loss to the champion at WrestleMania 39 led many to assume, however, the past year has been spent building up to him avenging that defeat. Instead, his focus is apparently shifting elsewhere.
It doesn't make narrative sense and furthers the impression there's a glass ceiling in place for the wrestlers who show up and put in the work every week. When push comes to shove, WWE would rather lean on stars who were popular in a past era. It's a debate that has raged on for years.
But with the discourse surrounding Rhodes specifically, Ava's revelation is a stark reminder there's a time, place and manner for fans to vent their frustration with the current product.
