NBA Schedule 2024: Remaining Games Live on Meta Quest VR and Ticket Info

NBA fans still have plenty to look forward to during the rest of the 2023-24 season, including the trade deadline, All-Star Weekend and the playoff chase.

Add 18 more games in the virtual reality world to the list.

Meta Quest, which is the NBA's official VR headset, will broadcast some of the league's most important games down the stretch of the season in immersive 180-degree VR in Xtadium. That will give fans the chance to watch the season's second half in their own virtual courtside seats.

While Meta Quest was also the league's official VR headset last season, it expanded its use of the immersive 180-degree technology for the 2023-24 campaign. Every NBA game shown in Xtadium, as well as the games available via Meta Horizon Worlds, is filmed in such a manner compared to just five games from last season.

Other features include Xtadium's Watch Party, which allows fans to watch games with friends as avatars in a private party room. Those with NBA League Pass can also watch up to eight games at a time in multi-game mode.

The action doesn't stop on the NBA court, as fans can compete against each other in interactive games such as Slam Dunk Jam and Basket Blitz in Meta Horizon Worlds. They can also roleplay as a broadcaster or even a concessions stand manager or purchase NBA and WNBA team apparel for their avatars to wear.

Those who participate in mini-games in NBA Arena or attend immersive games can unlock exclusive avatar wearables and stickers as well, which gives fans something to pursue as the league's best players chase the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
