Brady will work alongside BodyArmor founder Mike Repole, who obtained a majority stake in Nobull in July 2023.
"I think the piece that really resonates with me is our mindset and how we want to inspire others through action and through challenging them to be the best they can possibly be for themselves," he said of the venture.
Repole told Golden the groundwork was laid almost two years ago, when he and Brady first began talking and discovered "we get to the same place and we have the same core values."
Brady first launched TB12 Sports in 2016, offering both apparel and training supplements. His own clothing line, eponymously named Brady, followed in 2022. Golden reported products from both brands will fall under the new umbrella company.
