Travis Kelce shared some heartfelt moments with his loved ones following the Kansas City Chiefs' AFC Championship Game win over the Baltimore Ravens.

As the team celebrated on the field, Kelce had a wholesome greeting with his brother Jason, who has been in attendance for both of his games after the Philadelphia Eagles were eliminated from the playoffs in the wild-card round. Kelce also celebrated with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, who has become a mainstay at Chiefs games this season.

Just as he has been for most of the Chiefs' postseason games during his career, Kelce was huge for Kansas City on Sunday. The star tight end had 116 receiving yards and a touchdown on 11 receptions, helping the Chiefs advance to a second straight Super Bowl.

Now, Kelce and the Chiefs will take on the San Francisco 49ers, who beat the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship on Sunday to advance. Kansas City will be competing in its fourth Super Bowl in five years and will be looking to clinch back-to-back championships.

As Kelce gears up for another Super Bowl, he'll have his supporting crew of Jason and Swift with him.
