Now that Antonio Pierce is officially the Las Vegas Raiders full-time head coach, he is working on filling out his staff for the 2024 season.
Per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Raiders plan to interview former Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy this week for their vacancy at the same position.
Cincinnati Bengals quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher is the only other person the Raiders have scheduled an interview with about their offensive coordinator position.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
When the Bears announced Matt Eberflus was returning as head coach next season, it was accompanied with the news that Getsy and most of the offensive coaching staff were not being retained.
Getsy had been Chicago's offensive coordinator since Eberflus was hired in January 2022. He did play a significant role in helping improve Justin Fields' performance over the past two seasons.
Fields had the second-most rushing yards in a single season by a quarterback in 2022 (1,143). He followed that up by throwing for a career-high 2,562 yards, 16 touchdowns and a 61.4 completion percentage in 13 games this season.
The Bears ranked second in the NFL in rushing yards per game (141.1) and averaged 21.2 points per game in 2023, their best scoring output in a single season in three years.
Bo Hardegree finished the season as the Raiders offensive coordinator after Mick Lombardi was let go at midseason, along with Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler.
The Raiders offense ranked 23rd in points per game (19.5) and 27th in yards per game (289.5) in the regular season. They have finished in the bottom half of the NFL in scoring offense in two of the past three years.
Prior to his work with the Bears, Getsy spent three seasons on Matt LaFleur's staff with the Green Bay Packers. He was originally hired as their quarterbacks coach in 2019 before adding the title of passing game coordinator in 2020.
