NFL Rumors: Dan Pitcher Scheduled to Meet with Raiders, More Amid Bengals OC Buzz
Cincinnati Bengals quarterbacks coach Dan Pitcher is set to meet with a handful of teams amid offensive coordinator openings around the league, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Pitcher, who has been in his role with the Bengals since 2020, will meet with the New England Patriots, Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints this week. While Pitcher could have his options outside of Cincinnati, the Bengals are also looking for a new offensive coordinator after the Tennessee Titans hired Brian Callahan as head coach.
If the Bengals want Pitcher to replace Callahan they may need to act swiftly as Pitcher begins interviews around the league.

Pitcher has been a big part of quarterback Joe Burrow's development. Burrow, who was drafted in 2020, has emerged as one of the top quarterbacks in the league, thanks in part to Pitcher being on staff. The relationship between Pitcher and Burrow could be a factor in the Bengals' push to retain him.
The Patriots are looking for a new offensive coordinator after Bill O'Brien left for the college ranks, joining Ryan Day's staff at Ohio State earlier this week. New England struggled in O'Brien's only season at the helm, and the Patriots are looking for someone to help revitalize the offense.
For the Raiders, they are also searching for both a head coach and an offensive coordinator like the Patriots. Las Vegas fired offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi when head coach Josh McDaniels was fired.
The other team in the mix, New Orleans, has a little more stability than the other teams Pitcher will interview with. The Saints retained head coach Dennis Allen but fired offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael shortly after the end of the season. New Orleans has struggled over the past three seasons and is looking for new life next year, starting with a fresh offensive scheme.
