Video: Chiefs' Travis Kelce Celebrates TD with Heart Hands with Taylor Swift in Suite

Travis Kelce had quite the celebration for his first-half touchdown in the AFC Divisional Round.

The 22-yard strike from Patrick Mahomes put the Kansas City Chiefs in the lead late in the opening half. After hitting the end zone, Kelce directed his attention up toward the suites and formed a heart-shaped hand signal.

This came as superstar musician Taylor Swift was in attendance in a suite. She has been attending games in support of Kelce all season, as the two began a relationship last year.

This was Kelce's first touchdown of the postseason and it put him and Mahomes in some huge company. It was the 15th playoff touchdown connection between the duo, which put them in a tie with Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski for most playoff touchdowns between quarterback and pass-catcher in NFL history.

The duo would connect on another touchdown in the second half that would officially break the record.

Kansas City is aiming to reach the AFC title game for the sixth consecutive season.
