Buccaneers vs. Lions: Daily Fantasy Sleepers, Lineup Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings

The Detroit Lions have been a dream team for daily fantasy football players to work with all season long.

Jared Goff and his explosive offense have the potential to put up another set of high point totals in FanDuel and DraftKings contests against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

Detroit only put up 20 points on the Buccaneers defense in Week 6, but the Lions earned 340 yards through the air in that matchup.

Tampa Bay's pass defense has been weaker on the road, and that could lead to a pass-game clinch from Goff, Amon-Ra St. Brown and Co.

The Buccaneers offense possesses some intriguing DFS stars as well, but Mike Evans and Chris Godwin need to be more productive to help carry lineups into winning positions.

DFS players may be better off opting for the sleepers on the Tampa Bay offense because of how well they performed in the wild-card win over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Lions Are Go to Team for Lineup Stack

It is very easy to fill out a Lions DFS lineup stack.

Goff can be paired with St. Brown and at least one of David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs to quickly fill three roster spots.

Sam LaPorta should be healthier on Sunday after he rushed back from an injury to play in the wild-card round, Josh Reynolds received more targets in place of LaPorta last week and Jameson Williams can be added for his big-play potential.

Goff threw for 353 yards and two scores against the Bucs in Week 6. St. Brown had 124 receiving yards in that win and both Reynolds and Williams eclipsed the 50-yard mark.

Tampa Bay's six highest pass-yard concessions have either come on the road or at home against the Lions.

The Bucs defense could be vulnerable inside Ford Field on Sunday, and that could lead to large point totals for a handful of the Lions players.

Tampa Bay Roster Has Some Intriguing Sleeper Picks

Baker Mayfield utilized his depth pieces to torch the Eagles defense on Monday night.

Trey Palmer and David Moore each had 40-plus-yard touchdown catches that came about because the Eagles failed to tackle them in the open field.

Tight end Cade Otton was Mayfield's favorite target with eight catches on 11 targets for 89 yards.

Mike Evans and Chris Godwin combined for seven catches for 93 yards, but overall, they had quiet performances compared to their teammates.

Mayfield could revert back to targeting his two star wide receivers on the road, but last week's performance showed us there are at least some intriguing DFS options deeper in the Bucs passing unit.

Otton is the most reliable of the three potential sleepers because he can exploit the middle of the Detroit defense without taking away from Evans and Godwin's production.

Palmer and Moore should be popular sleeper picks because of last week, and if they break loose for big plays again, they could be well worth the roster additions at low salaries.
