Suns Rumors: Grayson Allen, Nassir Little Shopped in Trade Talks at 2024 Deadline

The Phoenix Suns are reportedly shopping a pair of rotation players to gauge their value ahead of the NBA trade deadline.

Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports reported that the Suns "have explored what the combination of Grayson Allen and Nassir Little could bring back" in a potential deal.

The Suns improved to 22-18 after overcoming a 22-point fourth-quarter deficit in Tuesday's win over the Sacramento Kings, which extended their win streak to three straight games. Allen was instrumental in the victory, scoring a team-high 29 points while shooting 9-of-14 from beyond the arc.

Early in his career, Allen was known more for his questionable antics that caused some to consider him a dirty player. After five nondescript seasons between the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies and Milwaukee Bucks, it appears that he's finally found a perfect fit in Phoenix.

Allen has started all 35 games he's played and is averaging career highs across the board with 13.9 points on 50.3 percent shooting and 48.0 percent from three-point range, 4.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 33.4 minutes. Fischer described him as "arguably Phoenix's most important player this season behind" stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker.

Little, who spent the first four years of his career with the Portland Trail Blazers, has appeared in 24 games this season with two starts and is averaging 5.1 points and 2.5 rebounds.

Fischer noted that the Suns are coupling Allen and Little together in trade proposals partly due to their lack of draft capital. It was pointed out that Phoenix has only four second-round picks to include in trade offers, so it remains to be seen what type of player they would realistically be able to pursue.

The Suns will look to make it four straight wins when they return to action on Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans (24-17).
