The presumptive favorite for the 2023 NFL MVP award, Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson headlines the All-Pro team for the second time in his career.

Jackson is joined on the All-Pro first team by San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill and 14 first-time selections.

While Jackson is the headliner of the group as the first-team quarterback, he was not one of the three unanimous selections on the squad.

McCaffrey, Hill and 49ers linebacker Fred Warner were the only players who received all 50 first-place votes at their position from the Associated Press voting body.

Jackson received 45 first-place votes and 139 total points, with Dak Prescott earning second-team honors with two first-place votes and 32 total points. Brock Purdy (two) and Josh Allen (one) received the remaining first-place votes at quarterback.

Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, who led the NFL in receptions (135) and receiving yards (1,749), was one vote shy of being a unanimous first-team selection.

Aaron Donald was named to the first team after helping lead the Los Angeles Rams back to the playoffs. His eight career first-team All-Pro selections are tied with Lawrence Taylor, Reggie White and Bruce Smith for the most by a defensive player in NFL history.

The Cowboys led the way with nine total All-Pro selections, but the 49ers had the most first-team picks with four. Notable first-time picks include Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton and Detroit Lions left tackle Penei Sewell.

Jackson previously made the All-Pro team in 2019 when he won his first MVP award. His excellent finish to the regular season, which included seven touchdown passes and no interceptions in wins over the 49ers and Dolphins, likely propelled his status as a first-team selection.
