NFL Rumors: Raiders to Interview Colts' Ed Dodds, Bills' Terrance Gray for GM Job
While most of the attention is being paid to the Las Vegas Raiders' search for a new head coach, the first priority might be finding a new general manager.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Raiders have interviews scheduled with Indianapolis Colts assistant general manager Ed Dodds and Buffalo Bills director of player personnel Terrance Gray for their vacant GM position on Friday.
Rapoport noted Raiders interim general manager Champ Kelly has an interview scheduled with the team on Saturday.

Cincinnati Bengals senior personnel executive Trey Brown and Denver Broncos executive director of football operations Kelly Kleine Van Calligan have already completed interviews with the Raiders this week.
Kelly took over as interim general manager on Nov. 1 after Dave Ziegler was fired. It was the same day Antonio Pierce was named interim head coach when Josh McDaniels was let go.
Both men remain in the mix to get those full-time jobs, but the Raiders are conducting a wide search for the two positions.
Rapoport noted Dodds is considered a "top candidate" for the GM position, and he would've been their choice two years ago if they hired someone for the job independent of their head coach.
Instead, Ziegler and McDaniels came to Las Vegas as a package deal after they worked together for nine seasons with the New England Patriots from 2013 to '21.
NFL.com's Tom Pelissero called Dodds "the No. 1 GM candidate" in this year's hiring cycle. He just wrapped up his seventh season as Indianapolis' assistant general manager. His first job in the NFL was as a pro personnel intern with the Raiders from 2003 to '06.
Gray has worked with the Bills since 2017 when he was hired as director of college scouting. He was promoted to his current role as assistant director of player personnel in 2020.
The next person the Raiders hire will be their fourth different general manager since 2019. Mike Mayock was in the role from 2019 to '21 before Ziegler was hired in January 2022.
