Video: Texans' NRG Stadium Roof Leaking Ahead of 2024 CFP National Title Game

The Michigan Wolverines and Washington Huskies are ready for Monday's College Football Playoff National Championship Game, but NRG Stadium in Houston might not be.

The roof was leaking ahead of Monday's kickoff:

"Houston we have a problem" jokes aside, a leaking roof could cause issues if moisture builds up on the field. Yet football games often take place in the rain and snow, so it's not as if the game will be called in this circumstance.

Still, it is quite the development ahead of the anticipated showdown between the stout Michigan defense and the incredible talent of Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr.

Whoever controls that matchup will likely win the game.

For now, though, concern is focused on the leaky roof.
