Bills Fans Hyped as Buffalo Clinches 2024 NFL Playoff Spot Ahead of Dolphins Showdown

The Buffalo Bills can still win the AFC East with a victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football, but they at least don't have to worry about missing the playoffs entirely thanks to the Tennessee Titans' 28-20 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Tennessee jumped out to a commanding 28-13 lead with a DeAndre Hopkins touchdown in the third quarter and then held on the rest of the way.

While Jacksonville pulled within one score and had an opportunity to potentially tie it with another touchdown and two-point conversion, the Titans' defense made the biggest play of the game with a goal-line stand:

The Titans put the finishing touches on the win from there, clinching the spot for the Bills.

Buffalo's playoff bid drew plenty of reaction from social media:

The Bills are one of those teams the rest of the contenders surely won't want to play. They dealt with inconsistency in the early portion of the season on the way to a 6-6 start, but they enter Sunday's contest with four straight victories.

A win over Miami would also give Buffalo home-field advantage in the early going of the playoffs, making it an even more difficult out.

There is still work to be done for Josh Allen and Co., but they can thank the Titans for clinching their playoff spot.
