B/R AM: NFL's (New) Worst Owner?

Since Dan Snyder sold the Commanders, there had been a vacant spot for NFL's worst owner.

Enter: Panthers owner David Tepper.

He's been in the news constantly this year, most recently for Drink Gate, where he tossed his drink on a fan on Sunday.

The NFL fined him $300K on Tuesday for his 'unacceptable conduct.'
