Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts | Saturday, Jan. 6 at 8:15 p.m. ET

This game features two of the AFC's four nine-win teams still vying for playoff spots. And since three of those four teams reside in the AFC South, these clubs could have a division title to play for, too.

The Jaguars, who wrap their season in Tennessee the day after this tilt, hold the tiebreaker, so the division is theirs with a win. If Jacksonville loses, though, the winner of this contest could capture the division crown and the opportunity to host a first-round game that comes along with it.

As long as this game doesn't end in a tie, though, the winner will secure at least a wild card spot. The Colts won their first matchup in this series, but that was all the way back in Week 2 (a 31-20 triumph), and plenty has changed since.

This could be an instant-classic with potentially major playoff ramifications on the line.

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins | Sunday, Jan. 7 at 8:20 p.m. ET

Flexed into this season's final primetime Sunday slot, this game is for all the marbles. Well, if those marbles are the AFC East division crown, at least.

The drawback of a defeat, though, is enormous.

While the Dolphins have secured a playoff berth, a loss would have them sliding from the AFC's No. 2 seed into the No. 6 slot. The Bills, meanwhile, could climb as high as No. 2, but a loss could spiral them out of the playoffs if the Steelers beat the Ravens (who've already secured the No. 1 seed) and the Colts-Texans game doesn't end in a tie.
