Week 15 DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Picks, Lineup Tips for Sunday
The Week 15 DraftKings main slate features 10 games, and most of them don't look appealing from a fantasy perspective.
Six of the games feature over/under totals below 40 points. Only one game (Washington Commanders at Los Angeles Rams) surpasses 50 points. So it might be more difficult than usual to figure out where to go with a host of matchups appearing unappealing on paper.
However, there should be plenty of value on this slate for one reason or another. A host of injuries have led to backups getting opportunities, and a few players have appealing salaries in the mid-range.
With all that in mind, here's a look at two options to consider at each position as the main slate rapidly approaches.

Quarterbacks
1 of 5
Chicago Bears QB Justin Fields ($7,000) at Cleveland Browns
Yes, Fields is facing one of the NFL's top defenses, one that isn't prone to giving up monster fantasy performances. However, it's hard to ignore Fields' upside. He's averaged 14 carries and 70.3 yards per game over his past three matchups. Over his last five full games (not including the injury-shortened Week 6 tilt versus the Minnesota Vikings), Fields has averaged over 25 DK points per game. In sum, Fields' ceiling trumps the Browns' defense.
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen ($8,200) vs. Dallas Cowboys
You can sense a theme here. Simply put, ignore tough matchups when it comes to star players. Yes, the Dallas Cowboys have caught fire and made life hell on opposing quarterbacks, but this is Josh Allen we are talking about. He averages 25.9 DK points per game, by far the best total on the slate. He's accounted for 35 total touchdowns (25 passing, 10 rushing) in 13 games, and the offense has clearly improved under new OC Joe Brady.
Running Backs
2 of 5
Los Angeles Rams RB Kyren Williams ($7,500) vs. Washington Commanders
It's abundantly clear Rams head coach Sean McVay has zero qualms about feeding running back Kyren Williams early and often even after his return off IR from an ankle injury. In three weeks, Williams has averaged 23 touches for 158 yards per game alongside three total touchdowns. Now he's a home favorite against a reeling Washington Commanders team that sports one of the NFL's worst defenses. Williams could approach 200 total yards here.
New England Patriots RB Ezekiel Elliott ($5,800) vs. Kansas City Chiefs
The Patriots (last in offense) could have significant trouble scoring against the Kansas City Chiefs (third in defense), but it may not matter when it comes to running back Ezekiel Elliott's fantasy production. With running back Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) on the shelf, it's Zeke's time to shine. He had TWENTY-NINE touches for 140 total yards and a score versus the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, including seven receptions for 79 yards. The volume opportunity is simply too much to ignore.
Wide Receivers
3 of 5
Chicago Bears WR DJ Moore ($6,900) at Cleveland Browns
Here's what DJ Moore has done with Justin Fields in all of their full games together after a Week 1 dud: 6/104/0, 3/41/1, 8/131/1, 8/230/3, 7/96/1, 11/114/0, 6/68/1. His worst fantasy output during that stretch resulted in 13.1 DraftKings points. So should we care about a tough matchup against the Browns? Absolutely not. The Fields-Moore connection has been dynamite all year, and betting against it now doesn't feel like a safe proposition.
New York Giants WR Jalin Hyatt ($3,200) at New Orleans Saints
This one is a total wild card, but hey, you never know. Over the Giants' past three games (all wins led by overnight sensation Tommy DeVito), one Giants receiver has emerged with a solid fantasy game. In Week 13, it was Darius Slayton (4/82/1). In Week 14, it was Hyatt (5/109/0). In Week 15, it was Wan'Dale Robinson (6/79/0 plus 36 rushing yards). Let's roll with Hyatt, who averages 18.9 yards per catch, against the Saints and bet on the Giants to keep it rolling.
Tight Ends
4 of 5
Green Bay Packers TE Tucker Kraft ($3,000) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kraft remains the Packers' starting tight end with Luke Musgrave still on IR with a lacerated kidney. He's only seen 12 targets over four games but has made the most of them with nine catches for 116 yards and a touchdown during that span. With a $3,000 salary, you're not asking him to do a ton to pay it off, so another game like last Monday (4/64/0) or on Thanksgiving (2/15/1) will certainly suffice.
Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku ($4,700) vs. Chicago Bears
Njoku's chemistry with new quarterback Joe Flacco was evident en route to a six-catch, 91-yard, two-touchdown day versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. But it hasn't really matter who has thrown to Njoku, who has caught passes from four different Browns quarterbacks this year. Despite the inconsistency, Njoku has been Mr. Consistent with 10.4 or more DK points in seven of the past eight weeks. Look for him to keep it going against Chicago.
Defense/Special Teams
5 of 5
Los Angeles Rams ($3,100) vs. Washington Commanders
The Rams might be the chalkiest defense/special teams unit on the slate, but it's for good reason. Commanders quarterback Sam Howell has taken 58 sacks and thrown 14 interceptions. Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald could have a field day here against this offensive line, creating havoc for the entire offense. Ultimately, taking the Rams defense/special teams feels like one of the safer bets on the slate.
Tennessee Titans ($3,700) vs. Houston Texans
Texans quarterback CJ Stroud (concussion protocol) is out, and the same goes for Nico Collins (calf). So the Texans are down their quarterback and top two wideouts with rookie Tank Dell unfortunately out for the season with a fracture fibula. Simply put, that's probably all too much to overcome for the Texans offense on Sunday against a Titans defense that just impressed against the high-powered Miami Dolphins (five sacks) in a 28-27 win.
