Justin Blackmon Caps Record Night at Fiesta Bowl by Kissing Cheerleader

Add one more catch to Justin Blackmon's epic Fiesta Bowl.

If you thought his eight catches for 186 yards and three touchdowns were impressive, check out that kiss. Are they making out or is Blackmon slowly inhaling her?

The lovely lady being inhaled here is Oklahoma State cheerleader Mariel Dunlap, by the way.

Sure, it wasn't as cool as when Ian Johnson proposed to his cheerleader girlfriend after Boise State beat Oklahoma in the 2007 Fiesta Bowl—that game was also better, namely due to Boise's late-game, trick-play-fueled upset—but we'll take this kiss nonetheless.

It's been a big year for football players and cheerleaders. Remember Bills receiver David Nelson celebrating a touchdown with his girlfriend, Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Kelsi Reich?

And then there was Michael Vick accidentally kicking a ball and hitting a Redskins cheerleader (commentary on the video is NSFW, so you might want to mute this one).

And who could forget Jason Witten taking down a Cowboys cheerleader?

More than ever, it would seem, cheerleaders have become a part of the game. Sometimes at their own peril, that is.

Of course, if Dunlap wants to stay with Blackmon—sure to be a very rich top-five pick come April—perhaps she too should graduate to the NFL. Hell, she might even be able to stay a Cowboy.
